Preparing for a daytime session?

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled session. This valuable time allows us to introduce you to the EESystem through a brief video presentation and provide thorough instructions on utilizing our facilities. Arriving late may disrupt the ongoing session for other participants and potentially limit your ability to fully engage in the entire session duration.

Preparing for an overnight session?

If you are staying overnight, we ask that you arrive between 7.30 and 8.00pm for your preparatory phase. This will give you time to check in, settle into your room, and enjoy a light dinner before your session. By 8.30pm you need to have settled down on your bed for your session. You will be woken up at 7.30am and asked to start getting ready for the day, so that it allows us to prepare the room for the next day session.

Packing List for Your Session

  • Essentials:

    • Blanket or duvet and pillow (or rent ours for N2,000)
    • Large reusable water bottle for filling with our 9.5 pH alkaline water
    • Book to read during your session (if desired)
  • Comfort Items:

    • Eye mask and ear plugs to block out light and noise
    • MP3 player for guided meditation or music listening (via wired AUX headphones only; no phones, iPads, or other electronic devices allowed)
  • Additional Recommendations:

    • Consider purchasing a detox to take home for post-session detoxification (recommended within 5-8 hours after the session)
    • Explore our selection of charged medallions and bracelets for enhanced well-being

How to prepare 48hrs before your session?

Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed and offered some alkaline water. As you settle into our quiet waiting area, we kindly request that you turn off your mobile devices and place them in the provided laptop locker to minimize the impact of electromagnetic frequencies within our treatment room.

Our temperature-controlled space, equipped with adjustable air conditioning, ensures your comfort throughout your experience. Plush blankets are also available for those seeking extra warmth.
