What we collect
Your contact details, the health information you give us on the intake form, your booking details, and the readings and documents from your visits.
Why we collect it
To keep every session safe, to build and track your programme, and to contact you about your bookings on WhatsApp.
Where it is kept
On a private, secured server in London, with encrypted backups in Frankfurt. Only JEH staff who need it for your care can see it, and every view of your clinical record is logged.
How long we keep it
Client records are kept while you are a client and for the period the law requires after your last visit. Forms that never became a client record are deleted after 30 to 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your record, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Message us on WhatsApp or email Joeseesystems@gmail.com.
