The arc
Movement wakes up circulation. Heat brings deep warming and relaxation. Cold delivers the sharp contrast finish. The order matters: that is what makes it a protocol, not three sessions sold together.
Shake Awake · 10 minutes
Wake up the lymph and muscles.
Infrared Sweat · 30 minutes
Deep far-infrared heat.
Arctic Dip · 3 to 5 minutes
The reset.
