Arctic Dip

Three to five guided minutes in cold water. A sharp shock, then calm.

Three to five minutes in cold water, guided by our team. It's short, intense and deeply resetting: the body's inflammation response and vagus nerve react within minutes, and most people walk out sharper than they walked in.

Guided by our floor team. Measured at JEH: Blood pressure checked before you go in.

Questions

How cold is it?
Cold enough to take your breath away for a moment. Our team keeps you talking and breathing.
Can I get out early?
Of course. Even a minute counts.
Is it better in Fire & Ice?
Many people prefer it after the sauna. Fire & Ice Reset costs less than booking all three separately.
